Deep cleaning, AC care and mould removal in Town Square Dubai

Town Square is a large family community off Al Qudra Road, built by Nshama around a central park and Reel Cinemas square. Rows of townhouses such as Zahra, Hayat, Safi, Naseem, Noor and Sama sit beside mid rise apartment buildings including Zahra Breeze, Jenna, Warda, Rawda and UNA.

Open desert lies on two sides of the community, so wind carries fine sand into window tracks, balconies and AC filters. Many homes are still in their first years, and builder's dust, paint spots and silicone marks are often left behind from handover.

Most Town Square townhouses are three or four bedrooms over two floors, and a crew of four completes a deep clean in a day. We vacuum sand out of tracks and vents before any wet work, descale the bathrooms and degrease the kitchen, and clean the small garden terrace and the garage floor.

Handover paint in new townhouses is thin and marks easily, so a first repaint with a washable finish makes a visible difference. Settlement cracks at ceiling joints are opened, filled and taped before painting, and tenants moving out are returned to the original white for the handover inspection.

Townhouse streets are open to visitors with no gate pass. Apartment buildings need a work permit from building management and a service lift booking, and we arrange both.
