Already have a quotation? Compare it before you sign.
Send us the quotation you have from any company in Dubai. A supervisor from The MELLS visits, checks the same scope and gives you ours in writing, line for line, so you compare like with like.
How it works
- Send the quotation on WhatsApp or show it at the site visit. Cover the figure if you prefer: the scope is what matters
- A supervisor visits and looks at the work itself
- You receive our written quotation against the same scope, with anything missing from either one pointed out
- You decide. There is no obligation
What to check in any quotation
- Is the scope written room by room, or is it a single line?
- Who does the work: employed staff or a subcontractor?
- Is a supervisor named, and is that person on site?
- What is measured or photographed at the end?
- What happens if something is missed, and within how many days?
- Are materials, access equipment and building permits included?
- For AC work: are the coil, the drain pan and the ducts in the scope, or only the filters?
- For mould: is the moisture source found, or is only the stain treated?
- For kitchen hoods: are the duct and the fan included, or only the canopy?
- For water tanks: is the tank disinfected and the water tested, or only drained and rinsed?
What we do not do
We do not comment on other companies and you do not need to tell us who the quotation is from. If the scope you have is sound and ours adds nothing, we say so.
