What is included
Steam lifts grease, soap film and ground in dust with heat in place of heavy chemistry, so very little residue is left behind. Not every surface can take it, which is why we identify the fabric or finish and test a hidden spot before the machine is switched on. It works well on the scale that hard desalinated water leaves in grout and on shower glass.

- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
