This is one of the mid rise apartment buildings around the Town Square park, with access through building management. Tower living sets the rules: permits, lift bookings and permitted hours. We handle all three and plan the visit to finish inside the building's working window.

Open desert nearby means heavy sand loads after wind. Sand is vacuumed from tracks, edges and vents before wet cleaning begins. Most Town Square townhouses are three or four bedrooms over two floors, and a crew of four completes a deep clean in a day. We vacuum sand out of tracks and vents before any wet work, descale the bathrooms and degrease the kitchen, and clean the small garden terrace and the garage floor.

Desert sun bleaches colour. UV resistant exterior paint and proper surface washing make the finish last. Handover paint in new townhouses is thin and marks easily, so a first repaint with a washable finish makes a visible difference. Settlement cracks at ceiling joints are opened, filled and taped before painting, and tenants moving out are returned to the original white for the handover inspection.

Townhouse streets are open to visitors with no gate pass. Apartment buildings need a work permit from building management and a service lift booking, and we arrange both.
