What is included
A ducted AC is only as good as the ductwork hidden above the ceiling. Ducts that are too small are noisy and starve the far rooms, and in Dubai humidity any gap in the insulation sweats and drips onto the ceiling below. Our own technicians work out the airflow each room needs, then fabricate, hang, seal and insulate the ducts and balance the system before handover.

Why is water dripping from the ceiling under my AC duct?
Most often the insulation or its vapour barrier has a gap, so humid air reaches the cold metal and condenses. A blocked drain line can look the same from below, so we check both before any repair is proposed.
Why are some rooms colder than others?
The far rooms are usually short of air. The ducts may be undersized, a flexible duct may be crushed, or the branches may have no dampers. We measure the airflow at each outlet, correct the duct and balance the system.
Which is better, galvanised steel or pre insulated duct?
Both work well when they are installed properly. Steel is stronger and suits long main runs, plant rooms and exposed ducts. Pre insulated panel is lighter and suits homes with shallow voids. We recommend one after seeing the site.
Does the building need to agree to duct changes?
In towers and malls, changes to the ducts, fire dampers or fresh air system are coordinated with building management. What the building asks for is identified at the site visit, and we prepare the paperwork.
Does the ceiling have to come down?
Not always. Tile ceilings lift out and go back. In a gypsum ceiling we cut openings where the work is and close them afterwards, leaving access panels under the unit and at the dampers.
