Deep cleaning, AC care and mould removal in Dubai South, Emaar South & Expo City

Dubai South is a large new district at the southern edge of the city, beside Al Maktoum International Airport. Emaar South is a golf course community of townhouses and villas, with Urbana, Parkside, Saffron and Greenview among its clusters and apartments at Golf Views. The Pulse sits in the Residential District and has villas, townhouses and apartment buildings. Expo City Dubai adds apartments and the homes of Expo Valley, and the Business Park holds offices.

Open desert lies on most sides, and large sites are still being built. A strong wind carries sand across the whole district, where it packs into window tracks, covers terraces and loads AC filters in days. Few taller neighbours break the summer sun, so exterior paint and sealant on south and west walls age first.

Sand is the main task here. It is vacuumed dry from tracks, sills, vents and floor edges with a HEPA machine before a mop touches the floor, because wet sand turns to a paste that scratches tile and glass. Many homes are newly handed over, so the first clean also lifts plaster dust, protective film residue and paint spots from frames and worktops.

New homes dry out and settle during their first summers, and hairline cracks appear along ceiling joints and at the corners of window openings. They are opened slightly, filled with a flexible filler and sanded before repainting. Exterior walls are washed to remove sand and chalking, then coated in a UV stable exterior paint, with the work kept off walls in direct midday sun.
