What is included
A child sleeps with their favourite plush every night, presses their face into it and carries it from room to room, so it gathers dust mites, skin, saliva and the fine sand that settles on everything in a Dubai home. Large and giant toys are too big for a washing machine and too precious to risk. The MELLS reads each label, removes anything that cannot get wet, cleans the fur and the filling with the method the toy can take, and dries it right through, so it never comes back damp inside or musty.

How it works

- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
