What is included
Coil, drain pan and full duct decontamination, with particulate readings taken before and after. The AC runs most of the year in Dubai, and everything in the ducts ends up in the air you breathe. We clean the whole air path, from return grille to supply diffuser, and measure the difference.

How we carry out central AC cleaning
In most towers the cooling arrives as chilled water from a plant the building runs. Inside the apartment, each room or zone has a fan coil unit above the false ceiling that blows air across a cold coil and down short ducts to the diffusers. We open each unit at its access panel, wash the filter, clean the coil with coil cleaner and a low pressure rinse, clean the blower wheel and flush the drain line. The ducts are then worked with a rotary brush while a HEPA filtered collector pulls the dust out.
The dividing line is the valve. Everything on the building side of it, the risers, the chilled water supply and the plant, is for building management, and a unit that blows air but never gets cold is often theirs to fix. What we find on the apartment side is usually a matted filter, a coil grey with dust and a drain tray growing slime. The site visit checks how many units there are, where the access panels sit, and what the building wants from a contractor before work starts.
