What is included
Supply and installation of split, ducted, cassette and multi split air conditioning for Dubai homes, offices and shops, sized to the room and tested at handover. Most cooling complaints in Dubai trace back to the day the unit was fitted: a pipe run too long or kinked, lines never vacuumed, a drain with no fall. Our own technicians check the room load and the power supply first, fit the unit to the manufacturer's instructions and record the temperatures on a test run. How we carry out split AC installation
The back plate goes on the wall first, level and clear of the ceiling so air can reach the top intake. A core hole is drilled behind it with a slight fall outward. Outside, the condenser sits on a wall bracket or a pad with rubber mounts. The copper pipes are flared, tightened with a torque spanner and wrapped in insulation along the full run with the drain and the cable. A vacuum pump then pulls the lines down, the gauge is watched to see that it holds, and only then are the service valves opened.
Poor cooling from a new split unit nearly always comes from the pipework: a run longer than the maker allows, a kink behind the unit, or lines that were never vacuumed, which leaves moisture to attack the compressor. Dubai adds its own trouble. A condenser boxed into a hot balcony corner breathes its own exhaust and trips on high pressure in August. The site visit measures the run, looks at where the outdoor unit can breathe and confirms the supply can carry it.
