How we work for private residences
A private home is not a job site. Our crews are directly employed, uniformed and briefed on the house before they arrive: which rooms are in use, which finishes are delicate and who to speak to. One supervisor stays with the household from the first quotation onwards.

What AC installation includes
Most cooling complaints in Dubai trace back to the day the unit was fitted: a pipe run too long or kinked, lines never vacuumed, a drain with no fall. Our own technicians check the room load and the power supply first, fit the unit to the manufacturer's instructions and record the temperatures on a test run. We fit a unit we supply or one you bought, and say so plainly if it is the wrong size for the room.

- Advice on unit type and capacity before anything is ordered
- Wall bracket or pad for the outdoor unit, set level with clear airflow
- Core hole, insulated copper pipe run and a drain laid to a fall
- Lines vacuumed with a pump and gauge before the refrigerant is released
- Leak test on every joint
- Test run with supply and return air temperatures recorded
- Old unit recovered of refrigerant and taken away where it is being replaced
- Paperwork prepared for the building or master developer where it is asked for

Questions from private residences
Will the same team come each time?
Yes, as far as rosters allow. The supervisor is always the same person, so the knowledge of your home stays with the team.
Can you coordinate with our house manager?
Yes. The supervisor works directly with your house manager, PA or household staff.
Do you install air conditioners in Dubai?
Yes. Our own technicians install split, ducted, cassette and multi split systems across Dubai. A site visit comes first, to check the room, the power supply and where the outdoor unit can go, and the scope is then put in writing.
How much does AC installation cost in Dubai?
It depends on the type and capacity of the unit, the length of the pipe run, how the outdoor unit is reached and any electrical work needed. The figure is confirmed in a written quotation after a site visit, before any work starts.
Can you install a unit I have already bought?
Yes. We fit units supplied by us or by you. If the one you have bought is the wrong size for the room we tell you before it goes on the wall. An oversized unit cools fast but leaves the air damp, and an undersized one runs all day without reaching the set temperature.
