What is included
Supply and installation of split, ducted, cassette and multi split air conditioning for Dubai homes, offices and shops, sized to the room and tested at handover. Most cooling complaints in Dubai trace back to the day the unit was fitted: a pipe run too long or kinked, lines never vacuumed, a drain with no fall. How we carry out rooftop package unit installation
Many Dubai villas are cooled by package units on the roof, one for each floor or wing. The unit arrives complete and is lifted by crane or hoist onto a concrete plinth or a steel frame, with vibration pads beneath. Supply and return ducts connect through flexible collars so the fan does not shake the ductwork. The power cable and isolator are matched to the nameplate, the condensate drain is trapped and run to a roof outlet, and the unit is started with airflow, running current and air temperatures recorded.
A roof in full sun is the hardest place an air conditioner can work, and duct insulation up there breaks down in a few years if it is not clad. Leaking duct joints cool the roof instead of the bedrooms. A new unit seldom lines up with the old duct openings, so the roof sections are remade. In gated communities a crane on the street and a unit visible on the roof may need the master developer's consent, which we identify at the site visit along with the plinth condition and the supply.
