A private home is not a job site. Our crews are directly employed, uniformed and briefed on the house before they arrive: which rooms are in use, which finishes are delicate and who to speak to. One supervisor stays with the household from the first quotation onwards.

What steam deep cleaning includes
Steam lifts grease, soap film and ground in dust with heat in place of heavy chemistry, so very little residue is left behind. Not every surface can take it, which is why we identify the fabric or finish and test a hidden spot before the machine is switched on. It works well on the scale that hard desalinated water leaves in grout and on shower glass.

Will the same team come each time?
Yes, as far as rosters allow. The supervisor is always the same person, so the knowledge of your home stays with the team.
Can you coordinate with our house manager?
Yes. The supervisor works directly with your house manager, PA or household staff.
Do you offer steam cleaning in Dubai?
Yes. The crew brings the steam units and extraction machines to Dubai and needs only water and electricity at the property.
How long do sofas and carpets take to dry after steam cleaning?
Most are dry to the touch in 3 to 6 hours with the AC running. Thick wool rugs and deep seat cushions can take longer.
Can every fabric and floor be steam cleaned?
No. Silk, velvet, viscose, unsealed timber and laminate can be damaged by heat or moisture, so they are cleaned by another method after a test.
