Private Residences
Property Management & AMC for Private Residences
Annual maintenance contracts covering cleaning and technical care under one retained agreement, with monthly reporting. For private residences, villas, penthouses and family homes, looked after by discreet crews under a named supervisor. Each job is quoted in writing after a site visit.

How we work for private residences
A private home is not a job site. Our crews are directly employed, uniformed and briefed on the house before they arrive: which rooms are in use, which finishes are delicate and who to speak to. One supervisor stays with the household from the first quotation onwards.
- The same supervisor on every visit
- Surface register for marble, timber, metal and fabric
- Work planned around the family and household staff
- Confidentiality agreement on request
- Photo report within the hour

What does an annual maintenance contract cover?
Scheduled AC, electrical and plumbing visits, agreed cleaning, inspections and priority call out. The scope is written into the contract.

Is there one point of contact?
Yes. A named supervisor manages the contract.
