What AC ducting & duct installation includes
A ducted AC is only as good as the ductwork hidden above the ceiling. Ducts that are too small are noisy and starve the far rooms, and in Dubai humidity any gap in the insulation sweats and drips onto the ceiling below. Our own technicians work out the airflow each room needs, then fabricate, hang, seal and insulate the ducts and balance the system before handover.
- Site survey of the AC unit, the ceiling void and the existing duct routes
- Duct sizes worked out from the airflow each room needs
- Supply and return ducts in galvanised steel sheet or pre insulated panel
- Joints sealed with duct sealant and foil tape
- Insulation with a continuous vapour barrier
- Short flexible connections to each diffuser, supported so they cannot sag
- Volume dampers, grilles and diffusers fitted and set
- Airflow balanced room by room and joints checked for leaks

Why is water dripping from the ceiling under my AC duct?
Most often the insulation or its vapour barrier has a gap, so humid air reaches the cold metal and condenses. A blocked drain line can look the same from below, so we check both before any repair is proposed.
