What is included
AC ducting sized, fabricated and installed for villas, apartments, offices, shops and restaurants, with joints sealed, ducts insulated and airflow balanced. A ducted AC is only as good as the ductwork hidden above the ceiling. Ducts that are too small are noisy and starve the far rooms, and in Dubai humidity any gap in the insulation sweats and drips onto the ceiling below. Our own technicians work out the airflow each room needs, then fabricate, hang, seal and insulate the ducts and balance the system before handover.

How we carry out restaurant ducting works
The kitchen comes first. Extract rates are set from the equipment under each hood, the grease rated duct is routed to the discharge point the building allows, and make up air is brought in to replace what the fans remove. The dining room cooling is then designed around it, with diffusers set between tables and return grilles away from the kitchen pass. The kitchen is kept at slightly lower pressure than the dining room, so air moves from guests towards the cooking line and not the other way.
