What is included
Maid service for villas and apartments by housekeepers The MELLS employs directly, booked by the hour, every week or on a monthly contract. Fine sand settles on every surface within days in Dubai, and long AC running hours keep that dust moving from room to room. Your housekeeper works to a task list agreed with you, returns on the same days wherever the rota allows, and has the work checked by a supervisor against our 14 Point Standard.
- One housekeeper dedicated to one household
- Duties and working hours written into the contract
- Daily cleaning, laundry, ironing and kitchen help
- Arrangement explained in full at the first meeting
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Full Time Housekeepers in Mirage: what we plan for
Mirage is a district of five and six bedroom villas with water views in The Oasis. In a home of this size the work is usually part of a wider programme, so we agree with you or your house manager which rooms and areas come first.
Lagoons and canals raise the humidity around the homes and bring midges in warm months, while the desert edge sends fine dust over everything after a windy day. New phases will be built for years, so construction dust will be part of life for a while.
The districts are gated. Contractors are registered by the owner, and exterior changes need the developer's or the community's approval.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for full time housekeepers in Mirage, Dubai follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty
