Fine sand settles on every surface within days in Dubai, and long AC running hours keep that dust moving from room to room. Your housekeeper works to a task list agreed with you, returns on the same days wherever the rota allows, and has the work checked by a supervisor against our 14 Point Standard.
- Dusting of furniture, shelves, skirtings and AC grilles
- Vacuuming and mopping of every floor, by floor type
- Kitchen worktops, hob, sink and appliance fronts
- Bathrooms cleaned and sanitised, with glass and chrome wiped dry
- Bed making and linen change

Can you manage several units?
Yes. Operators receive portfolio pricing and one point of contact.
Do you send proof after each turnover?
Yes. A photo report is sent after every visit.
Do you provide maid service in Dubai?
Yes. Our housekeepers work across Dubai, including Dubai, from 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
Are the maids employed by The MELLS?
For hourly, weekly and part time services, yes. They are our own employees, not agency or subcontracted staff, and a supervisor checks their work.
Will the same housekeeper come on every visit?
For repeat bookings we roster the same housekeeper wherever possible, so your home and preferences only have to be learned once. Cover during leave is arranged by us and you are told beforehand.
