What is included
Maid service for villas and apartments by housekeepers The MELLS employs directly, booked by the hour, every week or on a monthly contract. Fine sand settles on every surface within days in Dubai, and long AC running hours keep that dust moving from room to room. Your housekeeper works to a task list agreed with you, returns on the same days wherever the rota allows, and has the work checked by a supervisor against our 14 Point Standard.
- One housekeeper dedicated to one household
- Duties and working hours written into the contract
- Daily cleaning, laundry, ironing and kitchen help
- Arrangement explained in full at the first meeting
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Full Time Housekeepers in DAMAC Islands: what we plan for
DAMAC Islands is a villa and townhouse community in Dubailand, reached from Emirates Road near DAMAC Lagoons and DAMAC Hills. Its clusters are named after islands, Maldives, Bora Bora, Seychelles, Hawaii, Bali and Fiji, with a second phase that includes Bahamas, Bermuda, Tahiti and Barbados, around lagoons, beaches and waterfalls, with the first handovers expected around 2028.
Lagoons and water features raise the humidity around the homes, and the inland location brings fine dust after windy days. New phases will be under construction for some time.
Clusters will be gated. Contractor visits are registered by the owner with community management.
