Madinat Jumeirah Living is a gated community of low rise apartment buildings set around landscaped gardens. In apartment buildings we arrange the work permit and service lift, protect the corridor and bring compact machines that fit the lift.

With parks and gardens close by, organic dust and pollen build up in tracks and on outdoor surfaces, so those are cleaned first. Older villas often have original terrazzo, timber and marble that need gentle methods, while new builds arrive with construction dust in every cupboard. We adjust the method to the age of the house.

Shade from planting keeps walls damp and encourages algae. We wash and treat the surface before priming. Older properties show settlement cracks, damp at low level and layers of previous paint, so preparation takes longer here. Exterior walls facing the sea need coastal grade paint, and boundary walls along main roads collect traffic film that must be washed off before repainting.

These are open neighbourhoods with no community gate, so access is arranged directly with you. We plan parking and equipment unloading before the visit.
