What is included
Mould removal for villas and apartments that begins by finding the moisture source, then removes the growth and treats the surface behind it. Humid Dubai air meets cold air conditioned walls, ducts and wardrobes, and the condensation feeds mould within weeks, most of all in homes closed up over summer. Mould returns if the moisture remains, so we trace the leak, condensation or ventilation fault first, contain the area, remove the growth and tell you plainly what must be repaired to keep it away.

How we carry out ceiling mould treatment
Ceilings rarely grow mould on their own. Above the patch there is usually a cold AC duct with torn insulation, a condensate drain line that has blocked and overflowed, or a bathroom or balcony on the floor above. The supervisor reads the board with a moisture meter, looks into the void through the nearest access hatch and traces where the water arrives. Painting over the stain before that is done is the common mistake: the brown ring bleeds back through ordinary emulsion within weeks.
With the source dealt with, the room below is sheeted and the furniture covered. Loose growth is HEPA vacuumed and the board is given an antifungal wash. Gypsum board that has gone soft or sagged does not recover, so that section is cut back to the nearest framing, replaced, jointed and sanded. Sound board is left to dry, with a dehumidifier if the readings are slow to fall. Stain blocking primer goes on next, then anti mould paint across the whole ceiling so the repair does not show as a patch.
