What is included
A complete clean of every room, surface, fitting and fixture in the home, scoped in writing and signed off against fourteen checks. Deep cleaning reaches what weekly housekeeping leaves behind: the tops of wardrobes, AC grilles, window tracks, the grease line behind the cooker and the limescale that hard water leaves on glass and chrome. A supervised crew from The MELLS works through the home in a fixed order so nothing is missed and nothing is cleaned twice.
- Source of the smell traced before any product is chosen
- Walls, ceilings and doors washed with a degreasing cleaner
- AC grilles and washable filters removed, washed and dried
- Curtains, upholstery and carpets vacuumed, then wet cleaned if agreed
How we carry out smoke and odour deep cleaning
Cigarette, shisha and cooking smoke leave a sticky yellow film that holds the smell. Airing a room does not shift it. The crew washes ceilings, walls, doors, window frames and light fittings with a degreasing cleaner, changing the water often, and rinses each area. Inside cupboards and wardrobes are wiped as well, since smoke gets into closed spaces. AC grilles and washable filters come out and are washed. Curtains, sofas, mattresses and carpets are HEPA vacuumed and, where agreed, extraction cleaned.
In a closed, air conditioned home the same air passes through the AC many times a day, so the coil, ducts and filters take up smoke and feed it back. Fragrance sprays and fogging on their own cover a smell for a short while and then it returns. Some sources lie beyond cleaning: smoke soaked into matt paint, carpet underlay or foam may need repainting or replacement. At the site visit we trace where the smell is strongest and tell you plainly what cleaning can and cannot do.
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Smoke and Odour Deep Cleaning in Summer, Creek Beach: what we plan for
Creek Beach is the low rise quarter of Dubai Creek Harbour, with apartment buildings set around a lagoon style beach. Tower living sets the rules: permits, lift bookings and permitted hours. We handle all three and plan the visit to finish inside the building's working window.
Most homes are apartments with floor to ceiling glass and long balconies. We bring compact machines that fit the service lift, polish water marks from the glass and clean balcony tracks and drains. Villas in Al Badia are worked floor by floor by a larger crew.
Every tower requires a work permit from building management and a service lift booking, which we arrange. Al Badia is gated and visits are registered by the resident.

Questions about smoke and odour deep cleaning in Summer, Creek Beach
What does smoke and odour deep cleaning include?
Smoke and stale smells sit in a film on walls, ceilings and fabric. That film is washed off hard surfaces with a degreasing cleaner, and soft furnishings are vacuumed and wet cleaned. The work includes source of the smell traced before any product is chosen; walls, ceilings and doors washed with a degreasing cleaner; aC grilles and washable filters removed, washed and dried.
Can you remove a cigarette smell completely?
No honest contractor can promise that. Washing the film off hard surfaces, cleaning the fabric and washing the AC filters reduces it a great deal in most homes. Where smoke has soaked into paint or foam, repainting or replacing those items is what finishes the job.
Would an air freshener or fogging treatment do the same job?
Not on its own. A fragrance or fog treats the air while the residue stays on the walls, the fabric and the AC filters, so the smell comes back as soon as the scent fades. We take the residue off by washing and extraction, which is slower but lasts longer.
How much does smoke and odour deep cleaning cost in Summer, Creek Beach?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size of the property and number of rooms; condition, and how long since the last deep clean. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides smoke and odour deep cleaning in Summer, Creek Beach?
The MELLS provides smoke and odour deep cleaning in Summer, Creek Beach, Dubai. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 58 656 3001.
How long does smoke and odour deep cleaning take?
Typically 4 to 8 hours for most apartments, and 1 to 2 days for most villas with a crew of four to six. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Do I need to be at home during the deep clean?
No. Many clients hand over a key or arrange access with security. The supervisor sends photographs during the day and the signed report at the end.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. The crew arrives with machines, HEPA vacuums, steam units, microfibre and all products. We only need water and electricity at the property.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
We use professional products chosen for the surface, diluted correctly and rinsed off. Rooms are ventilated before handover. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities and we will adjust the product list.
Do you arrange the building permit in Summer, Creek Beach?
Yes. Most buildings ask contractors for a work permit, trade licence, insurance and staff IDs, and a service lift booking. We submit all of it for you.
Do we need Emaar approval for work in Dubai Creek Harbour?
Cleaning, AC servicing and repairs inside the home only need the gate or building pass, which the resident arranges. Exterior painting, waterproofing, fit out and any change to the facade, roof or garden structures need a no objection certificate from Emaar or the community management in Dubai Creek Harbour before work starts. We prepare the method statement, drawings, insurance and trade licence documents the approval asks for.
How do I choose a company for smoke and odour deep cleaning in Summer, Creek Beach?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (14 Point Standard signed by the supervisor, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
