How we carry out hotel deep cleaning
Rooms are handed over in blocks by the housekeeping office, usually a few on one floor at a time. Beds are stripped and the base is moved so the carpet beneath can be vacuumed and extraction cleaned along with the rest of the room. Headboards, armchairs and curtains are vacuumed with a HEPA machine, and upholstery is cleaned with low moisture. In the bathroom the grout, shower screen, taps and extract grille are descaled and the silicone is treated for mould. Wardrobe tops and door frames are wiped down.
