What is included
Timber moves in Dubai. Doors swell in the humid months and shrink under constant AC, hinges pull out of board carcasses, and sun and irrigation water bleach and split outdoor wood. Our carpenters repair what can be repaired, make new pieces to measure and match veneers and finishes as closely as the material allows.
- Doors eased, rehung, repaired or replaced
- Wardrobe doors, runners, hinges and internal fittings
- Kitchen cabinet doors, drawers, hinges and plinths
- Made to measure joinery and built in storage
- Skirting, architraves and wall panelling
- Locks, handles, hinges and door closers
- Furniture repair, regluing and refinishing
- Pergolas, decking and other outdoor timber
- Sanding, staining and lacquering of timber doors
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey and diagnosis. A technician inspects the system or surface, takes readings and photographs, and explains what was found in plain language.
- Written quotation. You receive a written quotation against a defined scope before any work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
- Protected, supervised work. The work area is protected and isolated, and the job is carried out by our own technicians under a named supervisor.
- Testing. Every job ends with a measured test suited to the discipline, so the result is a reading and a photograph and not an opinion.
- Report and warranty. The completed report reaches you within the hour. Any failed point is put right free of charge within 48 hours.

Carpenter Services in Parkviews, Town Square: what we plan for
This is one of the mid rise apartment buildings around the Town Square park, with access through building management. In an apartment building we submit the work permit, book the service lift and bring compact equipment that fits it.
AC units work hard this close to the desert, so filters and coils clog quickly. We clean them in the same visit and check the drain lines.
Townhouse streets are open to visitors with no gate pass. Apartment buildings need a work permit from building management and a service lift booking, and we arrange both.

Questions about carpenter services in Parkviews, Town Square
What do carpenter services include?
Carpenter services for homes, offices and shops: door repairs, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, custom joinery, wall panelling, pergolas and decking. The work includes doors eased, rehung, repaired or replaced; wardrobe doors, runners, hinges and internal fittings; kitchen cabinet doors, drawers, hinges and plinths.
How much do carpenter services cost in Parkviews, Town Square?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size and type of the system or surface; present condition and ease of access. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides carpenter services in Parkviews, Town Square?
The MELLS provides carpenter services in Parkviews, Town Square, Dubai. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 55 444 0084.
How long do carpenter services take?
Typically 1 to 4 hours for most repairs, with made to measure joinery quoted per project, typically 1 to 3 weeks. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Can a carpenter visit Parkviews, Town Square for one small repair?
Yes. A single sticking door or a loose hinge is a normal booking for us. We are open from 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday and work across Dubai.
Can you match my existing wood colour and finish?
We match species, stain and sheen as closely as the material allows and show you a sample before finishing. An exact match to aged or sun faded timber is not always possible, and we tell you that before we start.
Why do my doors stick in summer?
Timber takes in moisture when the air is humid and gives it up when the AC runs for long hours, so it swells and shrinks through the year. Sealing every face of the door, including the top and bottom edges, reduces the movement.
Do you arrange the building permit in Parkviews, Town Square?
Yes. Most buildings ask contractors for a work permit, trade licence, insurance and staff IDs, and a service lift booking. We submit all of it for you.
Do we need Nshama approval for work in Town Square?
Cleaning, AC servicing and repairs inside the home only need the gate or building pass, which the resident arranges. Exterior painting, waterproofing, fit out and any change to the facade, roof or garden structures need a no objection certificate from Nshama or the community management in Town Square before work starts. We prepare the method statement, drawings, insurance and trade licence documents the approval asks for.
How do I choose a company for carpenter services in Parkviews, Town Square?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (a measured test for every job, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
Can you come to Parkviews, Town Square at short notice?
Yes. Crews travel from our Barsha Heights base, and urgent work in Dubai is attended within two hours between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
