Residential towers facing the Corniche beach, with sea views across the road and balconies that take wind, salt and sand every day. In apartment buildings we arrange the work permit and service lift, protect the corridor and bring compact machines that fit the lift.

Sea air leaves salt on glass, frames and railings, and beach sand finds its way indoors. Salt is rinsed before any wiping so it cannot scratch. Sea view apartments collect most of their grime on glass and balconies, so the crew starts outside: floors are swept and wet vacuumed, salt is rinsed from glass and frames, and the inside of the glass is done last. Limescale from hard desalinated water in kitchens and bathrooms is treated with a descaler suited to the surface.

Salt and humidity break down ordinary paint quickly. We wash off salt, treat rust on metalwork and use primers and finishes rated for coastal exposure. Inside Corniche towers, paint work is usually about damp at window reveals, condensation staining behind curtains and scuffs from furniture moves. Balcony railings and metal trims that have started to corrode are cleaned back and treated, while facade work stays with building management.

Every tower on the Corniche needs a work permit from building management and a booked service lift before work starts. Parking for service vans is limited, so loading times are agreed with the building. These rules are identified at the site visit, and we prepare the paperwork the building asks for.
