Deep cleaning, AC care and mould removal in Al Reem Island

Al Reem Island is almost entirely high rise. Shams Abu Dhabi holds The Gate Towers, Sun and Sky Towers, The Arc and several waterfront towers, Marina Square has towers such as Tala and Marina Blue around a small marina, and City of Lights and Najmat Abu Dhabi add more apartment towers. Pixel is a newer building in the Makers District.

High floors catch strong wind and salt, and fine sand from open plots still being built on finds its way through balcony doors. Large glass walls take full sun, so blinds, sealants and timber floors near windows age faster.

Apartment cleans start at the balcony: sand swept and vacuumed, glass and frames washed, drains cleared. Inside, AC grilles, kitchen extract filters and bathroom silicone are checked for grease and mould before the rooms are cleaned top to bottom.

Painting in a tower is planned around the building's rules: floors protected, lift lined, and dust kept inside the unit. Walls near the AC outlets often show damp marks, which are dried, treated and sealed before the room is repainted.

Every tower here needs a work permit from building management and a booking for the service lift, and some limit noisy work to set hours. We confirm these at the site visit and prepare the documents the building asks for.
