What is included
Interior and exterior glass, frames and tracks, with hard water spotting removed rather than smeared. Dubai glass suffers from three things: dust, salt and the mineral spots left by irrigation and desalinated water. We wash with purified water, remove mineral deposits with the correct polish and clear the tracks so doors slide properly again.
- Inside and outside glass that can be reached safely
- Frames, sills and sliding door tracks cleared of sand
- Hard water and sprinkler spots removed
- Balcony and balustrade glass
- Purified water pole system for upper floors of villas
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

High Level Window Cleaning in Al Ghozlan, The Greens: what we plan for
This is one of the low rise garden courtyards in The Greens, four storeys set around shared lawns and pools. Tower rules on permits, service lifts and working hours apply even to a short visit, and we arrange all three.
Mature trees and daily irrigation bring pollen, leaf litter and insects onto balconies and into door tracks. Buildings are around twenty years old, so AC ducts and bathroom extractors hold many years of dust.
Every building needs a work permit from building management and a service lift booking, which we arrange. Working hours are limited to protect residents.
