What is included
Fine sand settles on every surface within days in Abu Dhabi, and long AC running hours keep that dust moving from room to room. Your housekeeper works to a task list agreed with you, returns on the same days wherever the rota allows, and has the work checked by a supervisor against our 14 Point Standard.
- Dusting of furniture, shelves, skirtings and AC grilles
- Vacuuming and mopping of every floor, by floor type
- Kitchen worktops, hob, sink and appliance fronts
- Bathrooms cleaned and sanitised, with glass and chrome wiped dry
- Bed making and linen change
- Ironing, folding and laundry help on request
- Balcony or terrace sweep and spot cleaning of internal glass
- Rubbish taken out and bins relined
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Maid & Housekeeping Services in Masdar City: what we plan for
Masdar City is a planned low carbon district near the airport, built with narrow shaded streets and low rise buildings. Its homes are mainly apartments and townhomes in Oasis Residences One and Two, The Gate and Leonardo Residences.
The city is surrounded by open desert, so fine sand blows through the streets and settles on balconies, screens and window ledges. Shaded courtyards stay cooler but slower to dry after washing or rain.
Residential buildings ask for a work permit and a lift booking through management, and townhomes in gated clusters need the resident to register our crew. These are confirmed at the site visit and we prepare the paperwork asked for.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for maid & housekeeping services in Masdar City follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty
