What is included
Removal of cement film, grout haze, paint splashes and fine construction dust, so a new or renovated property is ready to live in. Builders' dust is not household dust. It is fine, alkaline and abrasive, it settles for days after the trades leave, and it scratches glass and stone if it is wiped dry. We remove it in the right order, with vacuum extraction first and wet cleaning second, and we treat cement, grout and paint residue with the correct remover for each surface.

How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Yes. Paint splashes, cement film, grout haze, silicone and adhesive are removed with blades, pads and removers selected for the surface so nothing is scratched or etched.
Does dust come back after the clean?
Fine dust keeps settling for a few days as the AC runs. We clean AC grilles during the visit and can schedule a short follow up dusting. For heavy dust we recommend AC duct cleaning before you move in.
Why can a normal cleaning company not do post construction cleaning?
Construction dust contains cement and gypsum fines that scratch glass and etch stone when wiped. It needs vacuum extraction, the right acid or alkaline removers for each residue and trained operators. Household methods spread the dust and damage new finishes.
When should post construction cleaning be booked?
After all trades have finished, snagging is complete and the AC has been commissioned. If trades return after the clean, dust returns with them.
