What is included
Interior and exterior painting by our own painters, with surfaces properly prepared, furniture fully protected and wet film thickness checked on every coat. A good paint finish is mostly preparation. Dubai walls move with heat, hairline cracks open at ceiling joints, and coastal air and irrigation mark exterior walls within a few seasons. We repair and prime before we paint, apply the system named in your quotation and leave the home clean enough to move straight back into.

How we carry out pergola and timber staining
Weathered timber is washed to remove dust and bird droppings, left to dry and sanded along the grain until fresh wood shows. Failed varnish is taken off completely, as stain cannot soak through it. A penetrating oil or a stain with UV absorbers is then brushed on, worked into the end grain and the top faces of beams, and any surplus is wiped off before it turns sticky.
