What is included
Interior and exterior painting by our own painters, with surfaces properly prepared, furniture fully protected and wet film thickness checked on every coat. A good paint finish is mostly preparation. Dubai walls move with heat, hairline cracks open at ceiling joints, and coastal air and irrigation mark exterior walls within a few seasons. We repair and prime before we paint, apply the system named in your quotation and leave the home clean enough to move straight back into.

How we carry out bathroom painting
Paint in a bathroom fails from behind and from the surface at once, so the work starts with cleaning. Black spotting is treated with an antifungal wash, left to dwell and rinsed, then the room is dried with the extractor running. Loose and blistered paint is scraped to a firm edge, the step is filled and sanded, and water stains get a stain blocking primer. The finish is a moisture resistant acrylic in a mid sheen, applied in two coats, and the shower is left unused until the following day so the film can harden.
