What is included
Interior and exterior painting by our own painters, with surfaces properly prepared, furniture fully protected and wet film thickness checked on every coat. A good paint finish is mostly preparation. Dubai walls move with heat, hairline cracks open at ceiling joints, and coastal air and irrigation mark exterior walls within a few seasons. We repair and prime before we paint, apply the system named in your quotation and leave the home clean enough to move straight back into.

How we carry out house painting
A house is painted in a set order so finished work is never spoiled by what follows. Inside, the crew takes one or two rooms at a time: contents moved and wrapped, floors sheeted, defects filled and sanded, repairs primed, ceilings rolled before walls and woodwork finished last. Outside, each face is washed, cracks are opened and filled, a primer goes on and two coats of exterior acrylic follow. Colours and sheens are listed on a schedule first, and each colour is tinted in one batch to avoid shade differences.
Homes in Dubai age from the outside in. West facing walls fade and chalk, sealant at window frames opens in the heat and the rooms behind them show cracks at the corners. Indoors, long AC hours leave grey marks around grilles and condensation stains near glazing. A repaint that skips the repairs looks tired again within a season. How it works

- Surface preparation. Walls are washed, flaking paint is scraped back, cracks are opened and filled, and everything is sanded flat. Damp or salt affected areas are treated before any paint goes on.
- Primer and finish coats. A sealer or primer suited to the substrate is followed by two finish coats. Wet film thickness is checked on every coat.
