What is included
Degreasing of every surface, appliance and cabinet interior, with food contact surfaces ATP tested. Cooking oil travels. It coats the hood, the cabinet tops and the wall behind the cooker, and it holds dust. We strip the grease, clean inside every unit and appliance and test food contact surfaces so the kitchen is hygienically clean and not just shiny.

How we carry out dishwasher cleaning and descaling
A dishwasher that leaves a gritty film on glasses or smells when the door opens usually has two problems: food trapped in the filter and limescale building up inside. We pull the bottom rack, lift out the filter and mesh screen and wash them by hand. The spray arms come off and each jet is checked against the light, since a jet blocked by scale or a seed leaves one part of the rack dirty. The sump under the filter is cleared of grease, broken glass or bone that has collected there.
Next comes the door. The rubber gasket and the lower edge of the door, which the spray never reaches, carry a dark grease line that causes most of the smell. Both are wiped with a degreaser and a soft brush. A descaler suited to the machine is run on an empty hot cycle, and the salt compartment and rinse aid are checked, as an empty softener lets scale build up fast with Dubai water. A machine that will not drain or a cracked spray arm is noted for repair.
