What is included
Curtains filter the dust that comes through every window and balcony door. We clean them where they hang, so there is no shrinkage, no rehanging and no bare windows.
- Dry vacuum extraction of dust from fabric and linings
- On site steam cleaning on the track
- Spot treatment of marks and water stains
- Blinds cleaned slat by slat
- Tracks, poles and pelmets wiped down
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Curtain & Blind Cleaning in Dubai Islands: what we plan for
Dubai Islands is Nakheel's group of islands off Dubai's northern coast, near the mouth of Dubai Creek, planned with beaches, marinas, hotels and residential neighbourhoods. Bay Villas brings beachfront, waterfront and garden villas with townhouses and semi detached homes, with handovers expected from 2027.
Open water on every side means salt on glass and outdoor metal, sand blown onto terraces, and high humidity in the warmer months, which makes mould in closed rooms a real risk.
Contractor access is arranged through the community and the building teams. Early on, the developer sets the dates for handover inspections.
What your quotation depends on

Leave the AC running at a warmer setting, keep wardrobes slightly open and book a check after a long closure. We treat any growth at the cause.
How do I choose a company for curtain & blind cleaning in Dubai Islands?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (14 Point Standard signed by the supervisor, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
