What is included
Machine scrubbing, polishing and sealing for every hard floor, from porcelain to parquet. Mopping moves soil around. A scrubbing machine with the right pad lifts it out of the surface and the grout, and a sealer keeps it out. We match pad, product and pressure to each floor.
- Machine scrubbing with pads matched to the floor
- Grout lines cleaned
- Stone floors cleaned with pH neutral products
- Timber and parquet cleaned at low moisture
- Optional sealing of grout, stone and concrete
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Vinyl Floor Cleaning in The Valley: what we plan for
The Valley by Emaar is a townhouse and villa community on the Dubai Al Ain Road, past Arabian Ranches and Dubai Silicon Oasis. Clusters such as Eden, Talia, Nima, Orania, Alana, Rivana, Kaia, Farm Gardens and Velora sit around Golden Beach, a sports village, a town centre and green parks, and new phases continue to be handed over.
The community sits on the open desert, so fine sand reaches terraces, garages and window tracks after any windy day, and AC filters clog faster than in the city.
Clusters are gated. Contractor visits are registered by the resident, and exterior changes need community approval.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for vinyl floor cleaning in The Valley follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.

- Furnished and occupied, or empty

Questions about vinyl floor cleaning in The Valley
What does vinyl floor cleaning include?
Cleaning and optional polish for vinyl and luxury vinyl tile floors. The work includes machine scrubbing with pads matched to the floor; grout lines cleaned; stone floors cleaned with pH neutral products.
How much does vinyl floor cleaning cost in The Valley?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size of the property and number of rooms; condition, and how long since the last deep clean. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides vinyl floor cleaning in The Valley?
The MELLS provides vinyl floor cleaning in The Valley, Dubai. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 58 656 3001.
How long does vinyl floor cleaning take?
Typically half a day for most apartments and one day for most villas. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
What is the difference between floor cleaning and marble polishing?
Floor cleaning removes soil. Polishing uses diamond abrasives to restore the surface of the stone itself. If the floor is dull after cleaning, it needs polishing.
Can grout be made white again?
Usually yes. Machine scrubbing and grout cleaner remove most staining. Sealing afterwards keeps it clean for longer.
Is machine scrubbing safe for wood floors?
Wood and parquet are cleaned with low moisture pads and wood safe products, never flooded.
How do your crews get access to The Valley?
Clusters are gated. Contractor visits are registered by the resident, and exterior changes need community approval.
Do we need Emaar approval for work in The Valley?
Cleaning, AC servicing and repairs inside the home only need the gate or building pass, which the resident arranges. Exterior painting, waterproofing, fit out and any change to the facade, roof or garden structures need a no objection certificate from Emaar or the community management in The Valley before work starts. We prepare the method statement, drawings, insurance and trade licence documents the approval asks for.
How do I choose a company for vinyl floor cleaning in The Valley?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (14 Point Standard signed by the supervisor, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
Can you come to The Valley at short notice?
