What is included
Machine scrubbing, polishing and sealing for every hard floor, from porcelain to parquet. Mopping moves soil around. A scrubbing machine with the right pad lifts it out of the surface and the grout, and a sealer keeps it out. We match pad, product and pressure to each floor.

How we carry out laminate floor cleaning
Laminate looks like timber but is a printed layer over fibreboard, and water is its weakness. If liquid sits on the floor or runs into the joints, the board edges swell and lift, and that damage is permanent. So laminate is never mopped wet or steam cleaned.
