What is included
AC ducting sized, fabricated and installed for villas, apartments, offices, shops and restaurants, with joints sealed, ducts insulated and airflow balanced. A ducted AC is only as good as the ductwork hidden above the ceiling. Ducts that are too small are noisy and starve the far rooms, and in Dubai humidity any gap in the insulation sweats and drips onto the ceiling below. Our own technicians work out the airflow each room needs, then fabricate, hang, seal and insulate the ducts and balance the system before handover.

How we carry out kitchen exhaust ducting
The extract rate is worked out from the cooking equipment under the hood, and the duct and fan are sized from that. The duct is made from heavier steel than AC duct, with joints that are welded or sealed liquid tight so grease cannot seep out. It is hung with a slight fall back towards the hood or a drain point, and access doors are fitted at each change of direction so the inside can be reached for cleaning. Make up air is planned with it, or the kitchen pulls air from the dining room.
