What is included
AC ducting sized, fabricated and installed for villas, apartments, offices, shops and restaurants, with joints sealed, ducts insulated and airflow balanced. A ducted AC is only as good as the ductwork hidden above the ceiling. Ducts that are too small are noisy and starve the far rooms, and in Dubai humidity any gap in the insulation sweats and drips onto the ceiling below. Our own technicians work out the airflow each room needs, then fabricate, hang, seal and insulate the ducts and balance the system before handover.

How we carry out bathroom exhaust fan and ducting
The fan is picked for the size of the bathroom and the resistance of the duct it has to push through. It is fixed to the slab or a framed opening, not left resting on the ceiling board, and wired to a switch or a run on timer by our own electrician. The duct runs by the shortest route to an outside wall louvre or, in apartments, to the connection on the exhaust riser. Joints are taped, a backdraught shutter is fitted, and we check the pull at the grille with a smoke pencil.
The common fault is a fan that blows into the ceiling void and stops there. Steam from every shower then condenses on the cold AC ducts and the slab above, and mould grows where nobody sees it until the ceiling stains. Weak fans on long, sagging flexible duct move almost nothing. In towers the riser connection belongs to the building, so any change is coordinated with building management. The site visit opens the ceiling access and finds out where the existing duct really goes.
