What is included
A hand knotted silk rug and a nylon office carpet have nothing in common except that both hold dust. We identify the fibre and construction first, then choose between shampoo, hot water extraction and low moisture methods so colours stay true and the pile recovers.
- Fibre and dye test before cleaning
- Deep vacuum extraction of grit and sand
- Stain and traffic lane pre treatment
- Shampoo or hot water extraction for fitted carpets
- Hand cleaning for silk, wool and antique rugs
- Pile grooming and controlled drying
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Carpet & Rug Cleaning in Al Thanyah First: what we plan for
This part of Al Barsha is made up of apartment and office towers, with access arranged through building management. In an apartment building we submit the work permit, book the service lift and bring compact equipment that fits it.
Sheikh Zayed Road and Hessa Street carry heavy traffic, so an oily film builds on road facing glass and sills. City dust enters through the AC and settles on high ledges.
Villas are on open streets. Towers in Barsha Heights and Al Barsha 1 need a work permit and a service lift booking, which we arrange.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for carpet & rug cleaning in Al Thanyah First, Dubai follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
