What is included
Most cooling complaints in Dubai trace back to the day the unit was fitted: a pipe run too long or kinked, lines never vacuumed, a drain with no fall. Our own technicians check the room load and the power supply first, fit the unit to the manufacturer's instructions and record the temperatures on a test run. We fit a unit we supply or one you bought, and say so plainly if it is the wrong size for the room.
- Site visit to check the room load, electrical supply and breaker size
- Advice on unit type and capacity before anything is ordered
- Wall bracket or pad for the outdoor unit, set level with clear airflow
- Core hole, insulated copper pipe run and a drain laid to a fall
- Lines vacuumed with a pump and gauge before the refrigerant is released
- Leak test on every joint
- Test run with supply and return air temperatures recorded
- Old unit recovered of refrigerant and taken away where it is being replaced
- Paperwork prepared for the building or master developer where it is asked for
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey and diagnosis. A technician inspects the system or surface, takes readings and photographs, and explains what was found in plain language.
- Written quotation. You receive a written quotation against a defined scope before any work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
- Protected, supervised work. The work area is protected and isolated, and the job is carried out by our own technicians under a named supervisor.
- Testing. Every job ends with a measured test suited to the discipline, so the result is a reading and a photograph and not an opinion.
- Report and warranty. The completed report reaches you within the hour. Any failed point is put right free of charge within 48 hours.

AC Installation in Lake Terrace, Jumeirah Lakes Towers: what we plan for
This is one of the towers of Jumeirah Lakes Towers, set in a cluster beside the lakes, with apartments above a podium of shops and parking. Tower rules on permits, service lifts and working hours apply even to a short visit, and we arrange all three.
Many towers here are cooled by chilled water, with fan coil units above the ceiling. Filters, coils, drain trays and drain lines are cleaned in place, and anything on the building side of the valve is raised with the tower management.
JLT is a free zone and every tower has its own management office. A work permit, staff details and a service lift booking are asked for almost everywhere, and The MELLS arranges them. The van unloads at the service entrance in the slot the tower gives.

Questions about AC installation in Lake Terrace, Jumeirah Lakes Towers
What does AC installation include?
Supply and installation of split, ducted, cassette and multi split air conditioning for Dubai homes, offices and shops, sized to the room and tested at handover. The work includes site visit to check the room load, electrical supply and breaker size; advice on unit type and capacity before anything is ordered; wall bracket or pad for the outdoor unit, set level with clear airflow.
How much does AC installation cost in Lake Terrace, Jumeirah Lakes Towers?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size and type of the system or surface; present condition and ease of access. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides AC installation in Lake Terrace, Jumeirah Lakes Towers?
The MELLS provides AC installation in Lake Terrace, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 55 444 0084.
How long does AC installation take?
Typically half a day for one split unit, longer for ducted systems. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Can a split unit be fitted in any apartment?
No. The building decides where an outdoor unit may stand, and towers on chilled water do not take split units at all. We check the system and the building rules at the site visit and prepare the paperwork that management asks for.
Why do the lines have to be vacuumed?
Air and moisture left in the copper pipes mix with the refrigerant and the oil, which lowers cooling and wears the compressor early. A vacuum pump draws both out, and the gauge has to hold steady before the refrigerant is released into the lines.
Do you install air conditioners in Lake Terrace, Jumeirah Lakes Towers?
Yes. Our own technicians install split, ducted, cassette and multi split systems across Dubai. A site visit comes first, to check the room, the power supply and where the outdoor unit can go, and the scope is then put in writing.
Do you arrange the building permit in Lake Terrace, Jumeirah Lakes Towers?
Yes. Most buildings ask contractors for a work permit, trade licence, insurance and staff IDs, and a service lift booking. We submit all of it for you.
How do you get equipment up to a high floor?
Through the service lift, booked in advance with the tower. Machines are chosen to fit it, the corridor floor is covered, and the booking slot sets the start time we give you.
How do I choose a company for AC installation in Lake Terrace, Jumeirah Lakes Towers?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (a measured test for every job, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
Can you come to Lake Terrace, Jumeirah Lakes Towers at short notice?
Yes. Crews travel from our Barsha Heights base, and urgent work in Dubai is attended within two hours between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
