What is included
Wallpaper fixing for homes, offices and shops, with walls prepared, patterns matched and seams closed by our own decorators. Wallpaper fails in Dubai when it is hung on dusty, unprimed or damp walls, or when the AC is off for the summer and humidity lifts the seams. We check the wall for moisture, repair and prime it, then hang the paper with the adhesive its manufacturer specifies.
- Wall measured against the mural before pasting
- Surface filled, sanded and primed in a matching tone
- Panels hung in numbered sequence
- Seams rolled and edges trimmed at ceiling and skirting
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey, colour and written scope. We measure, test the existing coating and agree colours, sheen and the number of coats. The written quotation names the paint system and the scope.
- Protection. Furniture is moved and wrapped, floors are covered edge to edge, and switches, handles and light fittings are masked or removed.
- Surface preparation. Walls are washed, flaking paint is scraped back, cracks are opened and filled, and everything is sanded flat. Damp or salt affected areas are treated before any paint goes on.
- Primer and finish coats. A sealer or primer suited to the substrate is followed by two finish coats. Wet film thickness is checked on every coat.
- Snagging and handover. We inspect in daylight with you, touch up, clean down and hand over a paint schedule listing brand, colour codes and batch numbers for future touch ups.

Wall Mural Installation in Aegean: what we plan for
This is one of the Palm's waterfront apartment residences, with large glazed balconies facing the sea. Tower rules on permits, service lifts and working hours apply even to a short visit, and we arrange all three.
Exterior paint on the Palm chalks and fades quickly, and metal railings and gates corrode. We wash off salt, treat rust, use alkali resistant primer and apply an exterior system rated for coastal exposure. Inside, we use washable low odour finishes and treat any mould staining with a blocking primer first.
Each frond has its own security gate where contractors are registered against the villa number. Apartment buildings require a work permit from building management and a service lift booking. Exterior work on villas needs approval from the master developer.

Questions about wall mural installation in Aegean
What does wall mural installation include?
Installation of printed and hand painted mural panels, set out from the centre of the wall so the image lands where the designer intended. The work includes wall measured against the mural before pasting; surface filled, sanded and primed in a matching tone; panels hung in numbered sequence.
How much does wall mural installation cost in Aegean, Palm Jumeirah?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: wall and ceiling area and ceiling height; condition of the surface and how much repair is needed. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides wall mural installation in Aegean, Palm Jumeirah?
The MELLS provides wall mural installation in Aegean, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 55 444 0084.
How long does wall mural installation take?
Typically 2 to 4 hours for a feature wall and 1 to 2 days for several rooms. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Can wallpaper go over a painted wall?
Yes, if the paint is sound, clean and matt. Glossy or flaking paint is sanded or stripped and the wall is primed, because paper only holds as well as the surface beneath it.
Can you hang wallpaper I have already bought?
Yes. Tell us the roll size, the pattern repeat and the batch numbers at the site visit, and we check that the quantity covers the wall before a single drop is cut.
Will wallpaper last in a bathroom or kitchen?
Standard paper is not suited to wet areas or to the wall beside a hob. In those rooms we advise a vinyl wall covering kept away from direct water, or a paint finish instead.
Do you arrange the building permit in Aegean, Palm Jumeirah?
Yes. Most buildings ask contractors for a work permit, trade licence, insurance and staff IDs, and a service lift booking. We submit all of it for you.
How do your crews get onto the fronds?
The resident registers our team with frond security. We send staff names, Emirates ID details and the vehicle plate the day before.
How do I choose a company for wall mural installation in Aegean, Palm Jumeirah?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (wet film thickness checked on every coat and an adhesion test at handover) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
