What is included
Wallpaper fixing for homes, offices and shops, with walls prepared, patterns matched and seams closed by our own decorators. Wallpaper fails in Abu Dhabi when it is hung on dusty, unprimed or damp walls, or when the AC is off for the summer and humidity lifts the seams. We check the wall for moisture, repair and prime it, then hang the paper with the adhesive its manufacturer specifies.
- Washable vinyl and non woven papers recommended
- Low odour, water based adhesive
- Seams and edges rolled tight against picking fingers
- Room aired and usually usable the same evening
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey, colour and written scope. We measure, test the existing coating and agree colours, sheen and the number of coats. The written quotation names the paint system and the scope.
- Protection. Furniture is moved and wrapped, floors are covered edge to edge, and switches, handles and light fittings are masked or removed.
- Surface preparation. Walls are washed, flaking paint is scraped back, cracks are opened and filled, and everything is sanded flat. Damp or salt affected areas are treated before any paint goes on.
- Primer and finish coats. A sealer or primer suited to the substrate is followed by two finish coats. Wet film thickness is checked on every coat.
- Snagging and handover. We inspect in daylight with you, touch up, clean down and hand over a paint schedule listing brand, colour codes and batch numbers for future touch ups.

Kids Room Wallpaper in Hidd Al Saadiyat: what we plan for
Hidd Al Saadiyat is a private gated enclave on the northern shore of Saadiyat Island, laid out around a natural inlet. Homes are large detached villas with private pools, built in four phases: Qaryat Al Hidd, Al Suhoul, Al Seef and Ras Al Hidd. Many owners have since upgraded interiors with stone, timber and custom joinery.
The sea is on one side and the inlet on the other, so salt and moisture arrive from both directions. Pool decks and stone terraces pick up a white mineral bloom, and high summer humidity shows up as mould in closed rooms and wardrobes when a family travels. Exterior walls facing the water need washing and a careful check for hairline cracks before any paint goes on, because salt trapped under a new coat lifts it within a season. Inside, decorative finishes are masked off and only damaged areas are repaired and matched.
Security at the gate checks every contractor against the villa, so the owner or house manager registers our team in advance. Exterior changes, including colour, need the master community's approval, which we identify at the site visit and prepare the paperwork for.
