What is included
Wallpaper fixing for homes, offices and shops, with walls prepared, patterns matched and seams closed by our own decorators. Wallpaper fails in Dubai when it is hung on dusty, unprimed or damp walls, or when the AC is off for the summer and humidity lifts the seams. We check the wall for moisture, repair and prime it, then hang the paper with the adhesive its manufacturer specifies.
- Seams and edges reglued and rolled flat
- Bubbles released and readhered
- Damaged drops replaced where spare rolls exist
- Cause checked, such as damp or an AC draught
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey, colour and written scope. We measure, test the existing coating and agree colours, sheen and the number of coats. The written quotation names the paint system and the scope.
- Protection. Furniture is moved and wrapped, floors are covered edge to edge, and switches, handles and light fittings are masked or removed.
- Surface preparation. Walls are washed, flaking paint is scraped back, cracks are opened and filled, and everything is sanded flat. Damp or salt affected areas are treated before any paint goes on.
- Primer and finish coats. A sealer or primer suited to the substrate is followed by two finish coats. Wet film thickness is checked on every coat.
- Snagging and handover. We inspect in daylight with you, touch up, clean down and hand over a paint schedule listing brand, colour codes and batch numbers for future touch ups.

Wallpaper Repair in Axis Residence, Dubai Silicon Oasis: what we plan for
This is one of the apartment buildings of Dubai Silicon Oasis, mid or high rise, where the crew needs a permit from the building and a booked service lift. Tower rules on permits, service lifts and working hours apply even to a short visit, and we arrange all three.
A move out repaint is usually one colour throughout, and the skill is in the preparation. Plug holes are filled twice, because filler shrinks, then sanded and spot primed so the patches do not flash through the finish. Villa exteriors in the compounds follow the community colour, which is checked with the management before paint is ordered.
Cedre Villas and Semmer Villas have gatehouses, and the resident registers the crew in advance. Apartment and office buildings issue a contractor permit and a service lift slot on request, and The MELLS makes that request. Campus and free zone rules are confirmed at the site visit.

Who provides wallpaper repair in Axis Residence, Dubai Silicon Oasis?
The MELLS provides wallpaper repair in Axis Residence, Dubai Silicon Oasis. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 55 444 0084.
How long does wallpaper repair take?
Typically 2 to 4 hours for a feature wall and 1 to 2 days for several rooms. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Will wallpaper last in a bathroom or kitchen?
Standard paper is not suited to wet areas or to the wall beside a hob. In those rooms we advise a vinyl wall covering kept away from direct water, or a paint finish instead.
Can old wallpaper be removed without damaging the wall?
In most cases. We soften the adhesive with steam or a stripping solution and lift the paper in sections. Where the wall was never primed, some skim can come away with it, and we make that good before the next finish.
Do you offer wallpaper fixing in Axis Residence, Dubai Silicon Oasis?
Yes. Our decorators hang wallpaper in villas, apartments, offices and shops across Dubai. Book a site visit and we measure the walls and check their condition first.
Do you arrange the building permit in Axis Residence, Dubai Silicon Oasis?
Yes. Most buildings ask contractors for a work permit, trade licence, insurance and staff IDs, and a service lift booking. We submit all of it for you.
Do you work in both the villas and the apartment buildings of Dubai Silicon Oasis?
Yes. A villa crew is sent to Cedre Villas and Semmer Villas and a compact apartment team to the buildings. The gate registration or the building permit is sorted out before the day, so the job begins when the crew arrives.
How do I choose a company for wallpaper repair in Axis Residence, Dubai Silicon Oasis?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (wet film thickness checked on every coat and an adhesion test at handover) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
