What is included
Wallpaper fixing for homes, offices and shops, with walls prepared, patterns matched and seams closed by our own decorators. Wallpaper fails in Dubai when it is hung on dusty, unprimed or damp walls, or when the AC is off for the summer and humidity lifts the seams. We check the wall for moisture, repair and prime it, then hang the paper with the adhesive its manufacturer specifies.
- Wall measured against the mural before pasting
- Surface filled, sanded and primed in a matching tone
- Panels hung in numbered sequence
- Seams rolled and edges trimmed at ceiling and skirting
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey, colour and written scope. We measure, test the existing coating and agree colours, sheen and the number of coats. The written quotation names the paint system and the scope.
- Protection. Furniture is moved and wrapped, floors are covered edge to edge, and switches, handles and light fittings are masked or removed.
- Surface preparation. Walls are washed, flaking paint is scraped back, cracks are opened and filled, and everything is sanded flat. Damp or salt affected areas are treated before any paint goes on.
- Primer and finish coats. A sealer or primer suited to the substrate is followed by two finish coats. Wet film thickness is checked on every coat.
- Snagging and handover. We inspect in daylight with you, touch up, clean down and hand over a paint schedule listing brand, colour codes and batch numbers for future touch ups.

Wall Mural Installation in University View, Dubai Silicon Oasis: what we plan for
This is one of the apartment buildings of Dubai Silicon Oasis, mid or high rise, where the crew needs a permit from the building and a booked service lift. Tower rules on permits, service lifts and working hours apply even to a short visit, and we arrange all three.
A move out repaint is usually one colour throughout, and the skill is in the preparation. Plug holes are filled twice, because filler shrinks, then sanded and spot primed so the patches do not flash through the finish. Villa exteriors in the compounds follow the community colour, which is checked with the management before paint is ordered.
Cedre Villas and Semmer Villas have gatehouses, and the resident registers the crew in advance. Apartment and office buildings issue a contractor permit and a service lift slot on request, and The MELLS makes that request. Campus and free zone rules are confirmed at the site visit.

Yes. Our decorators hang wallpaper in villas, apartments, offices and shops across Dubai. Book a site visit and we measure the walls and check their condition first.

Yes, if the paint is sound, clean and matt. Glossy or flaking paint is sanded or stripped and the wall is primed, because paper only holds as well as the surface beneath it.
