What is included

How we carry out ozone odour treatment
Ozone breaks down odour molecules that cleaning alone leaves in fabrics, walls and the AC system. It works on smoke in a rented apartment, pet smells, damp after a leak, and cooking odour in a closed unit. It is not a substitute for cleaning, because if the source is still there the smell comes back. Ozone is also unsafe to breathe at the levels used, so people, pets and plants must be out of the room.
The supervisor finds the source first: carpet, curtains, sofa, AC filters or damp. Those are cleaned in the same visit or before it. The room is then emptied of people, pets and plants, the windows and doors are closed, and the generator is run for the time set for the size of the room and the strength of the odour. Afterwards the room is aired with the windows open and the AC on fresh air, and it is checked before you go back in.

- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
