What is included
On site upholstery cleaning matched to the fibre, extracted at low moisture and dried below 12 percent so nothing grows back. Sofas hold body oils, dust and spills deep in the weave. We identify the fabric first, test for colour fastness, then clean with shampoo, steam or dry foam as the fibre allows and extract the soil rather than pushing it deeper.
- Furniture moved so every section can be reached from all sides
- Each cushion and bolster removed and cleaned
- Same method on every piece so the set dries to one colour
- Room set back as it was, with feet protected on stone floors
How we carry out 7 seater sofa cleaning
Seven seater sets are made for villas, formal living rooms and majlis areas, and they are usually made of several large pieces with loose seat and back cushions. A team of two or three handles them, moving the sections away from the walls, lifting every cushion and bolster and vacuuming the frames, bases and the floor beneath. The fabric is tested and the care code read before any solution is used.
Each section is then cleaned in the same way, with stains pretreated first, so the whole set dries to one colour. On marble or timber floors, sliders or film go under the feet while the sofa is damp. The cushions are set back in their places, and if the set is used every day for guests, a protector can be applied as a separate item. The written quotation lists each piece, so the visit runs to time.
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

7 Seater Sofa Cleaning in Masdar City: what we plan for
Masdar City is a planned low carbon district near the airport, built with narrow shaded streets and low rise buildings. Its homes are mainly apartments and townhomes in Oasis Residences One and Two, The Gate and Leonardo Residences.
The city is surrounded by open desert, so fine sand blows through the streets and settles on balconies, screens and window ledges. Shaded courtyards stay cooler but slower to dry after washing or rain.
Residential buildings ask for a work permit and a lift booking through management, and townhomes in gated clusters need the resident to register our crew. These are confirmed at the site visit and we prepare the paperwork asked for.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for 7 seater sofa cleaning in Masdar City follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty

Questions about 7 seater sofa cleaning in Masdar City
What does 7 seater sofa cleaning include?
Seven seater, U shaped and majlis sized sofa sets in villas and large living rooms, cleaned on site by a team who move, clean and set every piece back. The work includes furniture moved so every section can be reached from all sides; each cushion and bolster removed and cleaned; same method on every piece so the set dries to one colour.
Do you clean seven seater sofas on site?
Yes. Large sets are cleaned in the home by a team of two or three, who move the sections, clean every piece and set them back.
Can you clean a seven seater sofa and the majlis cushions in one visit?
Yes. Majlis floor seating, cushions and the rug are often cleaned on the same visit, and the quotation lists each item.
How much does 7 seater sofa cleaning cost in Masdar City?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size of the property and number of rooms; condition, and how long since the last deep clean. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides 7 seater sofa cleaning in Masdar City?
The MELLS provides 7 seater sofa cleaning in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 58 656 3001.
How long does 7 seater sofa cleaning take?
Typically 1 to 3 hours for most sofa sets, with fabrics dry enough to use in 4 to 6 hours. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Can all stains be removed?
Most food, drink and body oil stains come out fully. Ink, dye transfer and old set stains may only lighten. We tell you what to expect before we start.
Is steam safe for my sofa?
Not for every fabric. Velvet, silk blends and some viscose fabrics need low moisture or dry methods. We test first and choose the method the fabric can take.
How long does a sofa take to dry?
Most fabric sofas are dry to the touch in four to six hours with the AC running. We measure residual moisture before leaving so the sofa is never left wet.
Do you arrange the building permit in Masdar City?
Yes. Most buildings ask contractors for a work permit, trade licence, insurance and staff IDs, and a service lift booking. We submit all of it for you.
How often should AC filters be cleaned in a Masdar City apartment?
Desert dust loads filters quickly, so check them every month and book a full service of coils and drains at least twice a year.
How do I choose a company for 7 seater sofa cleaning in Masdar City?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (14 Point Standard signed by the supervisor, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
How are visits to Masdar City arranged?
Visits in Abu Dhabi are booked by appointment between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday. Call or send the form and we agree the earliest time a supervisor can come to you.
