What is included
On site upholstery cleaning matched to the fibre, extracted at low moisture and dried below 12 percent so nothing grows back. Sofas hold body oils, dust and spills deep in the weave. We identify the fabric first, test for colour fastness, then clean with shampoo, steam or dry foam as the fibre allows and extract the soil rather than pushing it deeper.
- Shrinkage and colour test on a hidden seam
- Loose covers and fixed upholstery assessed separately
- Low moisture cleaning worked evenly across each panel
- Fast drying to limit water marks and browning
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Linen Sofa Cleaning in Khalidiya Towers: what we plan for
Established apartment buildings along Khalidiya's streets, many with shops or offices on the lower floors and a mix of older and newer interiors. Tower rules on permits, service lifts and working hours apply even to a short visit, and we arrange all three.
The district is dense and close to the sea, so humid air comes into apartments every time a balcony door opens. Traffic dust settles on window sills and in AC return grilles, and kitchens in smaller flats build up grease on extractor filters and wall tiles quickly.
Every tower needs a work permit from building management and a service lift booking before a crew can start. Khalidiya Village has gated security, so the resident registers our team ahead of time. What each building asks for is identified at the site visit and we prepare the paperwork.

Yes. Most buildings ask contractors for a work permit, trade licence, insurance and staff IDs, and a service lift booking. We submit all of it for you.
