What is included
On site upholstery cleaning matched to the fibre, extracted at low moisture and dried below 12 percent so nothing grows back. Sofas hold body oils, dust and spills deep in the weave. We identify the fabric first, test for colour fastness, then clean with shampoo, steam or dry foam as the fibre allows and extract the soil rather than pushing it deeper.
- Test to tell real suede from microfibre before a product is chosen
- Dry vacuuming and brushing to lift the nap
- Low moisture cleaning, panel by panel, to avoid tide marks
- Air movers for drying and a final brush of the pile
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Suede and Microfibre Sofa Cleaning in Al Bateen Park Plaza: what we plan for
Al Bateen Park Plaza is a group of low rise apartment buildings with a penthouse on top of each, set beside the Al Bateen Park villas. Tower rules on permits, service lifts and working hours apply even to a short visit, and we arrange all three.
Sea air comes off the marina and the open water to the west, so glass, railings and outdoor AC units collect a salt film within days. Mature gardens drop leaves and pollen into pools and gutters, and irrigation on the older plots leaves white mineral rings on boundary walls and paving.
Al Bateen Park, Nareel Island and the marina buildings have gate security, so the resident registers our team in advance. Apartments need a work permit and a service lift booking. Exterior work may need master community approval, identified at the site visit; we prepare the paperwork.

How long does suede and microfibre sofa cleaning take?
Typically 1 to 3 hours for most sofa sets, with fabrics dry enough to use in 4 to 6 hours. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
How long does a sofa take to dry?
Most fabric sofas are dry to the touch in four to six hours with the AC running. We measure residual moisture before leaving so the sofa is never left wet.
Can all stains be removed?
Most food, drink and body oil stains come out fully. Ink, dye transfer and old set stains may only lighten. We tell you what to expect before we start.
Is steam safe for my sofa?
Not for every fabric. Velvet, silk blends and some viscose fabrics need low moisture or dry methods. We test first and choose the method the fabric can take.
Do you arrange the building permit in Al Bateen Park Plaza, Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Most buildings ask contractors for a work permit, trade licence, insurance and staff IDs, and a service lift booking. We submit all of it for you.
Can a villa and its garden majlis be done in one visit?
Often, yes. The site visit lists each room and outdoor structure, and the written quotation sets out what is done on the day and what needs a second visit.
How do I choose a company for suede and microfibre sofa cleaning in Al Bateen Park Plaza, Abu Dhabi?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (14 Point Standard signed by the supervisor, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
