What is included
On site upholstery cleaning matched to the fibre, extracted at low moisture and dried below 12 percent so nothing grows back. Sofas hold body oils, dust and spills deep in the weave. We identify the fabric first, test for colour fastness, then clean with shampoo, steam or dry foam as the fibre allows and extract the soil rather than pushing it deeper.
- Whole panel face vacuumed with a soft brush at low suction
- Finger marks and scuffs blotted with a barely damp cloth
- Glue lines and panel edges kept dry
- Colour test in a corner before any spot cleaner is used
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Felt Wall Panel Cleaning in Bloom Marina: what we plan for
Serviced and hotel residences on the Al Bateen waterfront, with glazed balconies facing the marina and building rules set by the hotel operator. Tower rules on permits, service lifts and working hours apply even to a short visit, and we arrange all three.
Sea air comes off the marina and the open water to the west, so glass, railings and outdoor AC units collect a salt film within days. Mature gardens drop leaves and pollen into pools and gutters, and irrigation on the older plots leaves white mineral rings on boundary walls and paving.
Al Bateen Park, Nareel Island and the marina buildings have gate security, so the resident registers our team in advance. Apartments need a work permit and a service lift booking. Exterior work may need master community approval, identified at the site visit; we prepare the paperwork.
