School & Nursery Cleaning in Emirates Towers, Sheikh Zayed Road: what we plan for
This is part of the Trade Centre business quarter, where offices, hotels and residences share large managed buildings with strict contractor rules. In an apartment building we submit the work permit, book the service lift and bring compact equipment that fits it.
Much of the strip is office space, with banks, clinics, showrooms and restaurants at podium level. Cleaning, repainting and maintenance are planned around trading hours and phased so each floor stays in use.
Every tower has a management office that issues work permits, checks staff details and books the service lift. The MELLS submits those requests. Loading is from the service road behind the towers, never from Sheikh Zayed Road itself. Villas in Zabeel and Al Satwa are on open streets.
