Nursery Cleaning in Ramhan Island: what we plan for
Ramhan Island is a natural island off the Abu Dhabi coast, east of Jubail Island and linked to the mainland by bridge. It is planned by Eagle Hills with beachfront villas, marina apartments, a hotel and a resort with private and floating villas, released in phases.
Open sea on every side means salt on glass, railings and outdoor AC units, sand blown onto terraces, and high humidity in summer, so closed rooms are prone to mould. The hotel, marina and retail will be cleaned on schedules agreed with each operator.
Access to the island is controlled. Contractor visits are registered by the owner, and the developer sets the dates for handover inspections.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for nursery cleaning in Ramhan Island follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Floor area and the mix of finishes
